3Account Registration

During registration, you are required to provide information that is true, accurate, current and complete, including:

• Full name as shown on your MyKad or passport.
• An active and reachable Malaysian phone number.
• A valid, active email address that belongs to you.
• Exact date of birth for age verification purposes.

Mstar99 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks at any time, including age verification, identity verification, and source of funds checks. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or proof of address. Failure to comply with the KYC process may result in account suspension or withdrawal rejection.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Mstar99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via valid Malaysian payment methods. mstar99 does not accept any foreign currency.

Withdrawals will be processed within 15–60 minutes for standard requests and up to 24 hours for requests requiring additional review. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 20 and the daily maximum is RM 50,000 except for VIP members who are entitled to higher limits.
